Workshop Smadar Goshen [35-50€]

A Gaga class and movement research with smadar Goshen. The movement research based workshop features a Gaga class and improvisation session exploring tools for the development of choreographic materials.The sessions offer experimentation with different strategies of turning on our attentiveness to physical experience as well as to our world of fantasy while moving. Via the body we will evoke the connective pathways between movement, sensation and mental perception.

The workshop aims to stimulate creative force and easy body-mind flow. It is created to connect individuals with the interest, passion and unique language of their body.
